I checked, and you may have read the essay (it was linked on Harry Potter Essays), but you did not comment on it.

I actually think the evidence for 'good Snape' is overwhelming. But 'selfish Snape' at least does not mangle the plot as 'evil Snape' would. Now I am just hoping Rowling doesn't disappoint me-
