There are several copies on the UK Amazon, mostly ex-library (how sad!) from about £9 - so it's definitely out there. I was looking for it today - I've only read the first book, about her early life, which is called Perverse and Foolish, and is well worth reading. I think that there was also a two-books-in-one-volume edition at one point.
