In addition to the unconvincing parallels between Voldemort's regime and Hitler's there is the Grindelwald regime (that suddenly collapses in a single duel) placed in overlap with WW2 and the lack of explanation how the two related - leading to interpretations that are uncomfortably close to Holocaust denial.
