And Happy (belated) Hanukkah, Happy New Year, Happy Kwanzaa, and so on! I hope we may all have a happy, healthy and peaceful year ahead. Right now I want to share a 14th-century Irish carol which I find absolutely beautiful. It's called "Peperit Virgo", and it's sung by Anonymous 4.

That is lovely! I was lucky enough to be able to hear Anonymous 4 at the York Early Music festival a few years ago - they are amazing!

Yes, they are - I really love this album! Deirdre and I heard them in a very informal concert, singing songs of love in a local high school, several years ago.
