Seriously premature, I know - my sister's artwork, which you've already seen, and Kevin MacLeod's music. But I do think it comes together nicely. I did it because Jon suggested we include trailers with our excerpts or first chapters.
I'd like to, Jon, especially since I want to push the kids in film club to make book trailers, and this might be a very accessible example. They can usually surpass anything I do! But wouldn't that be a bit premature? I don't even have an agent yet!
What I'm thinking is that I will put it (or a new, improved version with credits) up on youtube as soon as I do get an agent and/or a book deal. In the meantime, there is no rush. But it was fun to do, so I appreciate your nudge!
I used iMovie 6 HD - I'm a mac person. Yes, it does look pretty good! Oddly enough, I was able to full-screen it in Flickr. so the difference isn't very great, but it does look better on youtube.
I may play with the movie a little more when/if I get an agent and/or book deal, but this is it, for now!
