Yes, it is. And fix your sound system! This interview is too good to miss. IMHO; Megan Whalen Turner has a wonderfully dry sense of humor and is highly thoughtful and ethical about her writing. There are more popular authors I could name (but won't) who could take a lesson from her.
It hasn't been easy, no. I'll just remember to come back to this when I've got it working finally. Or, if the interview is short enough, I'll try listening to it on another computer. (How long is it exactly, anyway?)

I have one particular story in mind where it's very important for me to know the main character's age, but having listened to this, I wonder if I could keep from explicitly stating it. I wonder if it would help younger readers to identify more with her if they didn't know how much older than them she's supposed to be. Food for thought, at any rate.

I thought you said you came from upstate NY? Since I come, originally, from north of here, I don't consider Westchester upstate!
